As the school year comes to a close, we can now start getting back on the ice and sharpen up those skills preparing for the upcoming season.

- 2-3 hours of ON ice skills per week
- 2-3 hours of OFF ice training per week

- We will help identify your bad habits & work on preparing you for tryouts & fall season
- Mobility, Coordination, Power, Speed, & Strength Training Off the Ice

- Ages (10- 14 yrs) **we will group skaters based on age/skill level, no scrimmaging, focusing on individual skill development
