- Choose 1, 2 or 3 day weekly package options (*see price below)
- We will help identify your bad habits and work on preparing you for tryouts
- All Ages (6 - 14 yrs) **we will group skaters based on age/skill level but there is no scrimmaging, just individual skill development
Daily Schedule (Sample)*
- 8:30a ARRIVAL
- 9 - 10:20a ON ICE #1 (power skating, edge work)
- 10:30 - 11:45 OFF ICE (strength training, flexibility, video analysis)
- 11:45 - 12:15 LUNCH **(bring your own lunch)
- 12:15 - 1:30p ON ICE #2 (shooting fundamentals, scoring, team play)
- 1:30 - 2:00p OFF ICE (off ice shooting, MAT Challenge activity & skills)
- 2:00 - 2:30p PICK UP (departure).
